What it is
A feed, chat and video calls for the people you choose, and nobody else. It runs on a server in your own cloud account. There is no youlink company in the middle holding your photos.
You don't have to be technical. You ask your agent, it does the setting up, and afterwards the app is all your family sees.
What it leaves out
- No public posting. Only people you invite can sign in.
- No ads, no tracking and no analytics, here or in the app's server.
- No other servers can message your family, unless you name them.
- Backups are encrypted with a key only you hold.
How it starts
- Your agent deploys it. One command, on a cloud account that is yours, and you approve the plan before anything is created.
- You make the first account and invite your family with a link.
- Everyone installs the app and joins with that link.
